Yoga

Safe in your skin

Yoga is such a beautiful tool to connect us with our body, mind and spirituality (if that's something you are open to). Many people find their way to yoga as a way to relax or switch off after their working day. Even though I'm saying 'switch off', yoga is actually offering us the opposite, which is to plug in to what is going on with ourselves on all levels. On a physical level we are strengthening and creating space whilst bringing more awareness to our emotional and mental landscape.

I initially certified as a vinyasa and ashtanga yoga teacher in 2019 and have also discovered my love for restorative yoga in the meantime.
Whilst I still enjoy a vigorous flow class, the last few years of my practice have taught me to be kinder and less judgemental towards myself and to embrace my limitations instead of constantly pushing myself to try to transcend or break my physical limits.


My flow classes are aimed to re-connect you with yourself and invite compassion into your practice.
